Kathmandu, Sept. 18: The government has announced public holiday on September 20 and 21 to mark the promulgation of the new constitution.
The meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Friday took the decision. The Constitutent Assembly (CA) had proposed the two-day holiday earlier.
The CA meeting on Wednesday passed the new constitution of Nepal with over two-third majority. The new constitution is set to be promulgated amid a special function at the CA hall on September 20
