Pokhara, Aug 17: Minister for Information and Communications Dr Minendra Rijal has said preparations were on with a plan to deliver the new constitution by September 1. At a press meet organised by Nepal Press Union (NPU) Kaski chapter Monday, Minister and Nepali Congress lawmaker Rijal said political parties were doing their best to sort out disputed points in the preliminary draft of the constitution. He urged the parties unhappy with the draft to come for talks by quitting the agitation. There would be a ground for carrying amendments to the constitution if necessary and none needs to be livid at its just a draft now. On the occasion, Minister Rijal also pledged to bring those behind the murder of Ramji Poudel Badal to justice. Union President Shiromani Baral chaired the programme. RSS
