Balewa (Baglung), Aug. 13: A man drowned in the Chamuwa river in Hatiya VDC on Wednesday evening while he was reportedly fishing in the river.
A resident of ward no. 8 of the same VDC, Padam Nepali was found dead in the river, according to Area Police Office Burtibang.
Nepal had however left home to wash clothes in the river, according to the family sources. Further investigation into the incident is underway, Assistant Sub-inspect at the Office Kamal Chaulagain said. RSS
